You can make a payment through the methods mentioned above or transfer to our account (BERKAY KÜNAN TR17 0006 4000 0012 2011 1001 69).

Payments Made Through Our Website
You can pay via any credit card through our online payment system, either as a one-time payment or by using our available installment options. After your order, the amount will be charged to your credit card. In case of order cancellation or stock issues, a refund will be processed to your credit card within 3 business days.

Order Refunds
In the event of order cancellation for any reason, Bluline Studio - Maps will refund the product amount to your account and/or credit card within 3 business days. However, you must provide correct and complete bank account and/or credit card information to our finance team.

Delivery
We strive to ship your ordered products within 1 week or earlier. For products that take longer to source, the delivery time will be specified in the product details and is 7 business days. You will be informed in case of any delivery delays.
To ensure smooth delivery, please provide your correct address. Your requests will be processed according to the delivery type you selected at the end of your order. Orders will be handed over to the courier within 5 (five) business days after confirmation.
Please note that delivery services are available only within Turkey.

Payment Tracking
If the system encounters any issues and cannot process the transaction, the customer will be informed at the payment page.
In case of an address error, the customer will be contacted regarding undelivered orders.
The validity of the email address provided will be confirmed by an automatic email sent after the order is processed.
We are responsible for both the customer and the bank regarding the credit card payment system.

Please Note
If you think the package was damaged during shipment, please open and inspect it in the presence of the delivery company representative. If you notice any damage, do not accept the product and request a report from the courier.
Once the product is accepted, the courier's responsibility is considered fulfilled.
If the product is damaged: Please send the report to info@bluline.studio as soon as possible.
Once the report is received, we will initiate actions to resolve the issue and ensure the delivery is reprocessed.
If you briefly explain the reason for returning the product in the email, it will help us in the process.
