DELIVERY & RETURN

  1. By making a Bank Transfer or EFT (Electronic Fund Transfer)

You can make payments through the payment methods specified or make a transfer/EFT to İş Bankası Account (BERKAY KÜNAN TR17 0006 4000 0012 2011 1001 69).

  1. Payments Made Through Our Website

You can benefit from online single payment or designated online installment options for any type of credit card. In your online payments, the amount will be deducted from your credit card at the end of your order. In the event of possible order cancellation or stock issues, refunds to your credit card will be made within 3 business days.

  1. Refund of Order Amount 

In the event of the cancellation of your orders for any reason; Bluline Studio - Maps will refund the product price to your account and/or credit card within three business days. However, you need to provide your bank account details and/or credit card information correctly and completely to our company's finance authorities.

  1. Delivery 

We strive to deliver the products you have ordered to the cargo within 1 week or earlier. For products that require procurement time, the delivery time is as specified in the product details, which is 7 business days. You will be informed in case of possible delays in delivery. 

In order to ensure that the product delivery is carried out smoothly, please provide the address of your location during the day as the delivery address. 

Your requests will be processed according to the delivery type you have determined at the end of your order. After your orders are confirmed, they will be delivered to the Cargo company within 5 (five) business days at the latest.

You can consult with our customer representative regarding different delivery conditions. Also, cargo deliveries are only valid for Turkey.

  1. Payment Tracking 

If the system cannot process the transaction for any reason, the visitor is informed of this situation at the end of the payment page. 

In case of any error at the specified address, the person who placed the order is contacted regarding the undelivered order.

The validity of the email address provided by our visitor is confirmed with the automatic email sent after the order is transferred. 

We are responsible to the bank whose credit card system we use as well as to the customer for the delivery.

  1. Please Note 

During shipment, open and check packages that you think may have been damaged in front of the authorized personnel of the company you received them from. If you think there is any damage to the product, do not accept the product by drawing up a report with the cargo company. 

After the product is received, it is assumed that the cargo company has fulfilled its duty completely. 

If the product is damaged: Notify us of the situation by sending the prepared report to info@bluline.studio email address as soon as possible. 

Once you have completed these procedures, we will start working on your package and ensure that the delivery is repeated as soon as possible.
