PARTIES
This Agreement has been signed between the following parties within the framework of the terms and conditions specified below.

By accepting this agreement, the BUYER agrees in advance that when confirming the order subject to the contract, they will be obliged to pay the order amount, additional charges such as shipping costs, taxes, and that they have been informed about this.

DEFINITIONS
In the implementation and interpretation of this Agreement, the following terms shall mean the explanations written opposite them.

SELLER: The company offering goods to consumers within the scope of its commercial or professional activities or acting on behalf of or on behalf of the company offering goods,
BUYER: Natural or legal person who acquires, uses, or benefits from a good or service for non-commercial or professional purposes,
WEBSITE: The website owned by the SELLER,
ORDERER: The natural or legal person who requests a product or service through the SELLER's website,
PARTIES: The SELLER and the BUYER,
CONTRACT: This contract concluded between the SELLER and the BUYER,
GOODS: Movables subject to purchase and sale and immaterial goods such as software, sound, image, and similar prepared for use in electronic media.

SUBJECT
This Agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of the Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts regarding the sale and delivery of the product specified below, the characteristics and sales price of which are listed, which the BUYER orders electronically through the website of the SELLER.
The prices listed and announced on the website are the sales prices. The announced prices and promises are valid until updated and changed. The prices announced for a certain period are valid until the end of the specified period.

If a campaign is organized by the seller, you can review the basic features of the relevant product during the campaign period. Campaigns are valid until the specified period.
8.2. The prices listed and announced on the website are the sales prices. The announced prices and promises are valid until updated and changed. Prices announced for a certain period are valid until the end of the specified period.

GENERAL TERMS
9.1. The BUYER acknowledges, declares, and undertakes that by accepting this agreement, they have read and understood the basic qualities of the product subject to the contract, the sales price, the payment method, and the preliminary information regarding delivery on the SELLER's website, and have given the necessary confirmation electronically before the conclusion of the distance sales contract. The BUYER acknowledges, declares, and undertakes that they have obtained the correct and complete information regarding the address to be given by the SELLER to the BUYER before the distance sales contract is concluded, the basic features of the products ordered, the prices of the products including taxes, payment, and delivery information.
